I want to introduce you all to this awesome blog. Foodie Farm Girl’s site. This is Susan from Missouri who is a former bakery owner from California. She has relocated to remote Missouri on 240 acres, or as she calls it “In the middle of nowhere!”  Susan has everything on this blog to make from A – Z. No I have not switched teams nor have I lost my mind..My heart still belongs to Auburn.. However I am in a postcard swap with the alphabet E.  I thought elephant and I knew probably everyone would be expecting the typical elephant. Since we do live in Alabama and the mascot for the University of Alabama is Big Al and he is a cute elephant I figured I would make him.
